Professional Rent Review

As the partners are all Chartered Surveyors we are experienced in dealing with all professional matters for both landlords and tenants with an emphasis on lease renewals, rent reviews, arbitration, valuations and related matters. Our detailed understanding of case law and extensive market knowledge enables us to draw on rental evidence gained from negotiations in the high street, shopping centres and retail warehouse parks, to achieve the best possible results on behalf of our clients.

Investment and Development

Morgan Martin are involved in all aspects of investment and development and regularly advise a variety of Clients including Pension Funds, Developers, Property Companies and smaller investors. The Partnership is also active in the investment market advising large institutions on portfolio acquisitions as well as smaller regional and local investors on single property purchases.

Rating

Morgan Martin offer a full rating service and are fully compliant with the RICS Guidelines in respect of rating advice. The Partnership is currently active in dealing with the appeal of rating assessments which came into effect as a result of the rating revaluation on the 1st April 2005.
