Charles Bell - qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 1987. Charles engages in retail agency professional work for a variety of clients which include multiple retailers, property companies and institutional landlords and has been a partner at Morgan Martin since 1994. charles@morganmartin.co.uk

Mike Barton - qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in March 1987. Mike has been involved in dealing with all aspects of retail property work for over 17 years and has been a partner at Morgan Martin since 1990. mike@morganmartin.co.uk

Jim Martin - a founder partner of Morgan Martin, now a consultant to the firm, Jim qualified as a surveyor in June 1978 and became a fellow of the RICS in April 1985, with a portfolio encompassing all aspects of retail property throughout his professional career.jim@morganmartin.co.uk
